Here’s a secret everybody:

We crave the wrong things. 

Not everyone, but judging from the current political mess we are in collectively on the planet, a lot of people do not crave the right things. 

Here’s an example, see if you recognize yourself: at the end of the day you crave a nice meat and some Television, Netflix, Internet time, or gaming session. 

Is that you? 

You crave the wrong things. 

You subdue your cravings. 

Put another way: your pleasure centre has been satisfied thanks to the healthy dose of dopamine you just provided it with by eating and being stimulated by words and imagery. 

Like a satisfied stomach, your pleasure centre is full. 

No cravings anymore. 

Eat less, do not turn on your electric life.

Seek like mended people, seek your tribe: you belong. 

Have sex with someone you love, if you cannot, treat yourself with kindness, make love to your self. 

Take time to be with someone, really be with another person. Communicate honestly and directly, no small talk. 

Have fun, dare and be free. Not everybody can. Enjoy it if you still have it. 

Seek adventures, make up your own.

Organize and change the world. Greta Thunberg is doing it. One person. 

Women: have abortions if you need, ask for support, this is some though shit to go through, do not do it alone, people can help. 

Men: (you know who you are) behave damn it! Be feminists too. 

Everyone: everybody benefits from equality. We have enough resources, they just need to be redistributed equally. Enough with greed already!!!

Crave freedom, crave life, crave Love.

Communicate with animals, you will experience pure and true Love.

They are some of the most precious thing we have. 

To quote the great Stevie Wonder: "Love's in need of love today."
